All orders placed by you via the website and our deliveries and services are exclusively subject to the following general terms and conditions, in the version that is valid at the time of the order. We do not accept conflicting terms and conditions of the customer unless we have agreed to their validity in writing.

You may return the products within 14 days, starting the next day after receiving. The return shipping is at your cost. We recommend that you retain the proof of return shipping. You will find return instructions in the package. Please return the products in the original packaging, with all labels on and along with the completed return form.

Returns will be accepted for consideration only when we receive them in the given time limit which means that you must ship it out on time. Return shipments will be at your cost and risk. You need to address the return shipment or the request to Atelier Raluca Mihalceanu Srl, Str. Libertatii nr.50, 410042, Oradea, Romania.

No refund will be taken into consideration if the return instructions are not strictly respected. In case the product has any deterioration other than the manufacturing defects (if any), Atelier Raluca Mihalceanuhas Srl has the exclusive and unilaterally right to decide a partial refund accordingly. In case of a valid return, your bank account will be credited within 15 days from the receiving of the returned products, or we can exchange the product after your confirmation.

Placing the order

All prices are include VAT.

Prices are set when products are displayed on site and include VAT and may change when discount policy applies .

Governing Law

The contract between Atelier Raluca Mihalceanu Srl and the Purchaser shall be governed by the Romanian law and shall be construed pursuant to the regulations thereof. Any disagreements shall be settled amicably. If disagreements may not be solved amicably, they shall be subject to the Court of International Commercial Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, according to the regulation thereof.
